Day 1: A full day in the extreme south of Sicily, between the bests hot spots for snorkeling and relax; trip to a desert island with white sand and cristal clear waters to taste delicious Mediterranean sea urchins, caught in the moment. After a fish auction, a fishermen restaurant will cook our fish with spaghetti for launch.
Sicily is also the land of tuna. While visiting three Tonnara, the old tuna working builting, stories of fishermen, Rais and Mattanza, will accompany you to tuna, swordfish and local food taste. White wine taste.
Day 2: Visit to Stretto di Messina, a sea stripe in the northeast extreme corner of the island, which separates Sicily from Italy, where the strong flows and tides from ancient times have generated many legends. Day 3: Full day between Etna and Nebrodi mountains; Nebrodi’s black pig and ”Provola” cheese (Slow food), Salame, in a local farm; Strawberry, Pistachio products as ”Arancini al pistachio” and others famous products to meet in this journey. Wine taste.
Day 4: Full guided day to discover Catania. Famous for its street food, the ”rosticceria”, the folk fish market, the colored popular market and immense amount of history, from Greeks times to baroque.
